VRELYN Furlyn (hereinafter "this Site") provides pet owners with a platform to browse, select, and order pet travel gear. Our core product categories include leashes, collars, muzzles, and outdoor hiking leash series.

Browsing products on this site does not require registration. To place an order, manage shipping addresses, or save items to your favorites, you must register and log in.

Sign up and log in using a verification code sent to your mobile number or email. New numbers or emails will automatically create an account upon successful verification.

You must ensure that the information you provide during registration and checkout is accurate, complete, and truthful. You are solely responsible for any delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

This account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or sold. If you discover unauthorized access, please contact customer support immediately.

本站不接入第三方支付网关。你提交订单后，订单状态为「待确认」，客服会在服务时间内核对商品规格、数量与收货信息，并把订单更新为「已确认」。

订单状态为「已确认」后，你可以在订单详情页扫描收款码完成转账，选择付款方式并填写付款凭证，点击「我已付款」后订单转为「待核对」；客服核对到账后把订单更新为「已付款」并安排发货。

Order total is calculated based on the unit price, quantity, and shipping rules displayed at submission. Free shipping applies for orders of 199 or more; orders below 199 incur a shipping fee of 12.

在订单待确认或已确认且尚未提交付款信息时，你可以在「我的订单」中取消订单。已提交付款信息、已付款或已发货的订单如需变更，请联系客服协商处理。

Shipping time is confirmed by customer service. Logistics updates are provided via customer service; online tracking is not available on this site.

Please inspect the packaging and items upon delivery. If you find any damage, incorrect shipment, or missing items, contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package and retain photos as proof.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused with tags and packaging intact. For returns due to incorrect size selection, you are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

Return and exchange due to product quality issues: shipping costs are covered by the site. Items damaged through normal wear, improper washing, or human error are not eligible for no-reason returns.

Items such as muzzles and collars worn close to the body cannot be returned for any reason once opened or used, due to hygiene considerations. This does not apply to quality issues.

Proper use of pet harnesses helps reduce escape and accident risks, but does not replace the need for owner supervision. Stay attentive throughout your outing, and choose a size and design appropriate for your pet's size and strength.

Inspect the webbing, stitching, and buckles before each use. Discontinue use immediately if any wear or looseness is detected.
